Today I ate ...

Today for my lunch, I ate a marine lunch. I ate a fish soup, its a dish made with fish. It's like a mix of some vegetables and accompanied with noodle. This soup is good for our memory. Then, I ate ceviche, which is a typical seafood dish of Peru. And it's one of my favorite dishes.  I think, there are many reasons for eat a ceviche, for example: its delicious, also it has proteins and it has a spicy flavor. The dish is typically made from fresh raw fish marinated in citrus juice, such as lemon , and spiced with ají . Additional seasonings may be added, such as chopped onions, salt, and coriander. Ceviche is usually accompanied by side dishes that complement its flavors, such as sweet potato, lettuce or corn. Finally, I drink a glass of chicha morada.
