3 Wishes

I have many wishes, but I think there different kinds of wishes. The first are wishes that could be done because are real and the second are unreal because anyone did that. Well, now I will talk about my three real wishes. The first is to travel to Brazil to go to the different stadiums to see many soccer matches of the 2014 FIFA World Cup. I know that there are 0.5% possibilities to travel because I don't have a lot of money. But I know that someday I will be in the final match of a World Cup. The second is to get a scholarship for study industrial engineering, I would like to study abroad and become a professional. So I will study a lot to become real my second wish. Finally my third wish is to visit the stadium of the most famous soccer teams around the world. So finally I think people should wish things that could become real in the future and they work or study a lot to become real their wishes. 

Traffic stresses me out

Traffic stresses me; every day we see a lot of bus in big lines, and cars. Some of them don't have their driving license. The cause of the traffic is that there are many informal drivers. So the government should do something about that. Many people take a bus because they want to go fast to their destination, but actually people spend twice of the time that they spent years ago. In addition by the traffic, especially in Lima, we have a lot of air and noise pollution. Every day when we are in the bus we are breathing polluted air. So, the government should do something about this problem. I know that we can use bikes to help the environment or exercise, but in Lima we don't have road for bikes. So we someone is riding his bike, he could suffer an accident, because the cars and bus have the preference in the runway.   

 

I have learned ...

This month in my art class at high school, I have learned how to draw the perspective of many things like, a building, city, avenue, and bedroom. The perspective is an approximate representation, on a flat surface (such as paper), of an image as it is seen by the eye. Of the many types of perspective drawings, the most common categorizations of artificial perspective are one-, two- and three-point. The names of these categories refer to the number of vanishing points in the perspective drawing.

One-point perspective: A drawing has one-point perspective when it contains only one vanishing point on the horizon line. This type of perspective is typically used for images of roads, railway tracks, hallways, or buildings viewed.

Two-point perspective: A drawing has two-point perspective when it contains two vanishing points on the horizon line. In an illustration, these vanishing points can be placed arbitrarily along the horizon.

Three-point perspective: Three-point perspective is usually used for buildings seen from above (or below). In addition to the two vanishing points from before, one for each wall, there is now one for how those walls recede into the ground.

 

 

 

 

 

Pets

Pets are domesticated animals that are kept as companions and looked over by their owners. The most popular pets are noted for their attractive appearances and their loyal or playful personalities. Pets commonly provide their owners (or guardians) physical and emotional benefits. Walking a dog can supply both the human and pet with exercise, fresh air, and social interaction. Pets can give companionship to elderly adults who do not have adequate social interaction with other people. The most popular pets are likely dogs and cats, but people also keep house rabbits; rodents such as gerbils, hamsters, fancy rats, and guinea pigs; avian pets, such as canaries, parakeets, and parrots; reptile pets, such as turtles, lizards and snakes; aquatic pets, such as tropical fish and frogs; and arthropod pets, such as tarantulas and hermit crabs.

What is in my backpack?

In my backpack there are many things for example papers, pencils, money, books. I bring my backpack to many places so I should bring with me the most important things that I will need, it depends of which kind of place I will go. But most of the time, I go to school and I have to bring my books, notebooks, color pens and my cell phone.This are the most common things of my backpack. But I could say that I have a collection of tickets that I receive when I take the bus, in one of the pocket of my backpack. I started this collection since I was nine years old. In addition, I have many little coins that are called “centimos". When I go to a supermarket and I receive some centimos in the change, I keep it with me and leave in my backpack. Last year I could change all my centimos, and I receive ten soles. So I continue collecting centimos in my backpack.

 

 

I miss ...

I miss the days when I used to have nap time after returning from school. In the school I played a lot with my friends and I have many classes. I have to learn and remember new things, also do math exercise.  And every Friday I had an exam of the things that I learned during the week. But the good thing was that I don't have homework every day, also I finished it at school. When I returning from school I could had a nap time of 30 minutes. And then, I ate my lunch. This happen when I was in school but now I am in high school. And I don't have a lot of free time, because I have many obligations like homework or take English class. I know that there are only two months left to finish the year and then summer vacations will come, so I can have a little more free time to take a nap.  

I am looking forward to ...

I'm looking forward to knowing in which group will be the countries which qualified to the FIFA World Cup 2014. I know that many people of different countries are hoping the draw. But we should hope for some days because this 6 of December will be held the draw of the groups for the FIFA World Cup 2014. We already know the countries who qualified, and we should hope the draw. After, we know the countries which are in each group. Everyone will hope that the ball starts to roll next year in Brazil. It will be the most important event next year around the world. In Brazil, there will be the best soccer teams followed by their soccer fans of different countries. They will be there with the only objective of winning the tournament and raise the FIFA World Cup. So, I will be counting the days until it arrives the 6 of December.  

 

My dream house

My dream house will be a big house that has a sea view, many rooms and technological things. My house will have six floors and eighteen rooms. I will need many rooms to do different activities like studying, working, playing, watching TV, sleeping or eating. It will be important that my dream house should be outside the city because I want to feel the nature of the environment. Also a house that the doors can open with my voice or of my family. And should have many areas like a soccer, tennis, golf and basket field, a big swimming pool, a garden with many kind of flowers. It should be near the beach because I would like fishing or surfing. The technology would be one of the most important aspects of my house because I want to do my house work easier and I would help the environment. So I hope that my dream house could be real.

  

I would like to have as a pet a ...

I don't like a lot animals but I would like to have one as a pet. I know that I should be responsible when I have a pet, I would like to have a dog, maybe a Chihuahua  because they are very small, intelligent. Dogs are considered intelligent animals because they can obey commands quickly, and they can perceive and know hat to do when you fell tired, happy or angry. They can interact like humans. Also having a dog has many advantages for example you can talk with the dog when you fell sad, although dogs don't respond with words they transmit their feelings by their movements. So when I have a dog I promise that I would take care of it, and bring a good quality of life. I will consider to help some organizations to find a house for dogs who live in the street or a good environment.

   

My favorite vacation

My favorite vacation are the summer vacations because I leave the school for two months that means not homework for some time, I spend Christmas with my family. Although I don't have the opportunity to spend my vacations outside Peru yet, for many reasons. I know how to spend an amazing vacation. In my vacation, I like playing soccer every day, swimming in the afternoon and practicing surf. Also, I camping in the beach with my friends on weekends. I can sleep more than eight hours and play video games. I spend more time with my family doing different funny activities. I know that I should help with some housework, like clean my bedroom or the living room. But I enjoy doing this things. I know that I will have the opportunity to spend my vacation outside Peru in the future. But for now I like to do this activities in the summer.  

A thing that I don't leave my house without

When I go out from my house, I have important to things to bring with me. It depends of what kind of place I go.  But there is a thing that I always keep with me when I go out, this things are my keys. I have three copy of each key from my house. I consider my keys that are my important things because I remember a day when my parents traveled for a week and my uncle had to take care of me. But this day I went to play soccer at the park. And when I went to my house I notice that I lost my keys. I didn't decide to return to find it. For that decision I couldn't went out again because in the afternoon my uncle always went out to buy his newspaper. And he asked for the keys because He knew that I played soccer every day in the afternoon and he delayed almost an hour. But I didn't have the keys so I answered that I didn't went out because my friends were punished. So You shouldn't leave your house without your keys.
 

I am afraid of ...

I am afraid of darkness, I think this come since I have five years old, one day I slept in the afternoon. I was in my home with my mom, when suddenly there was a blackout, And my mom went to the third floor to find a flashlight. Then in few minutes I woke up, I couldn't see very well, then I turn on the light, but it didn't turn on. At that time, I thought I wasn't in my home, I imagined strange things, and I was scared, I didn't know what to do. When I cried, my mom heard me, and told me to be quite. And there was only a blackout. Since this experience, I am afraid of darkness, I couldn't sleep without the light or lamp on, because I start thinking in monsters and strange things. And I couldn't camping in the night. But I trying to overcome my fear, I know that all is in my mind.    

I have traveled to ...

I have traveled to Cusco, which is located in the south of Peru. and It is a major tourist destination and receives almost 2 million visitors a year. It is designated as the Historical Capital of Peru by the Constitution of Peru. I traveled with my family to know more about the Inca culture by visiting many famous places. First, I went to Macchu Pichhu, one of the seven wonders in the world. Then, I visited Saksaywaman which is a walled complex on the northern outskirts of the city of Cusco. Like many Inca constructions, the complex is made of large polished dry stone walls, with boulders. Nowadays Inti Raymi which is the annual Inca festival of the winter solstice and new year is celebrated there on June 24th. Unfortunately, I haven't participated in the Inty Raymi. But I could went to the cathedral and the barrio San Blas where you can find a lot of crafts.

My favorite movie

I like action movies, also with especial effects. I consider my favorite movie the saga of "Fast and Furious". But my favorite was the fifth edition: Fast Five, The movie's plot is about a mission in Rio de Janeiro between Dominic (played by Vin Disel), Briand O' Comer (Paul Walker) and Mia (played by Jordana Brewster). They escape to Rio de Janeiro. Also, Dominic didn't have be caught by the police. He went to Corcovado beach, and they stole luxury cars and spend all the time in race and parties. When He didn't have so much money He and his friend planned a theft, is about one thousand dollars, while he was doing his plan, he saw the police, and he couldn’t was discovered.  Finally, He splits the money with his friends, and challenges them to a race before the party start. This was one of the most shocking movies because of special effects. It's filled with a great production, nice places like beaches in Rio de Janeiro and also it was so compelling by the special effect that has all the cars and the action of the movie. This is good for a Sunday, When you want to spend an amusing time.

Today I ate ...

Today for my lunch, I ate a marine lunch. I ate a fish soup, its a dish made with fish. It's like a mix of some vegetables and accompanied with noodle. This soup is good for our memory. Then, I ate ceviche, which is a typical seafood dish of Peru. And it's one of my favorite dishes.  I think, there are many reasons for eat a ceviche, for example: its delicious, also it has proteins and it has a spicy flavor. The dish is typically made from fresh raw fish marinated in citrus juice, such as lemon , and spiced with ají . Additional seasonings may be added, such as chopped onions, salt, and coriander. Ceviche is usually accompanied by side dishes that complement its flavors, such as sweet potato, lettuce or corn. Finally, I drink a glass of chicha morada.
